Our screen printing unit offers an independent printing unit in a compact design. It supports formats from Z85 to Z208 and, with printing widths of 340 mm, 440 mm, and 580 mm, as well as a passage width for printing materials of up to 600 mm, is optimally equipped for any printing task.
Benefit from a mechanical speed of 1-120 m/min and a substrate thickness of 40-400 microns. Precise cross and diagonal register adjustment ensures perfect printing results, while screen tear monitoring with sensors and generous ink catch basins guarantee smooth production.
The user-friendly 10" color touch panel allows you to control all functions at a glance. Automated format and distance adjustment between the screen cylinder and impression cylinder, as well as flexible squeegee adjustment, make operation particularly easy. Whether you work with the Gallus system (rubber squeegee), RKS system (carbon variant), or steel band squeegee (bonded rubber), our flexible squeegee system adapts to your individual needs. With two squeegees for the Z85-Z135 and Z135-Z208 formats, you are perfectly equipped.
