Similar to a vehicle inspection, the Gallus Fit Check is designed to keep your Gallus machine in top condition and extend its service life. The machine inspection, carried out by a trained Gallus service technician, provides a comprehensive assessment of the current condition of the machine. Upon completion, you will receive a list of components that require repair or replacement.
The Fit Check is available for all machines currently in use, including: RCS, TCS, ECS, EMS, LM, LF, G1, and EM 280 v3.
During the Fit Check, certified Gallus technicians inspect your machine using a comprehensive checklist to assess its condition and identify any maintenance requirements.

To extend the service life of your machine, all relevant safety standards are checked and, if necessary, our technicians provide your operating personnel with specific feedback.
A short refresher training session will be conducted with your team to ensure maximum performance and reliable operation.
