After imaging and wash-out, the Screeny must be mounted on the Gallus Fast Tension Frame (FTF). The Fast Tension Frame is adaptable to any type of screen printing machine from Gallus and third part label machine producers.
The frame's sophisticated clamping system ensures quick and secure installation and tension of the Screeny. Additionally, the FTF can be reused indefinitely.
The integrated springs ensure constant tension of the Screeny throughout all print jobs and the aluminum frame is insulated to prevent electric current from flowing through the frame itself. Instead, the current flows through the Screeny, allowing it to be heated up to 80 degrees or more when used with thermoplastic ink. The FTF is suitable for both UV and ceramic/thermoplastic printing inks.
