The new Gallus RCS 430 represents another piece in the partnership between these two companies
Zardini, a long-term Gallus costumer, has expanded its machine park with the installation of a Gallus RCS 430. An investment that arises in the framework of the commercial partnership that for two years has united the company of Marano di Valpolicella (VR) with the Sanfaustino Group and, to be precise, the Sanfaustino Label Division.
The business plan of the two companies is based on three fundamental pillars: operational efficiency, structural investments and economic strength. These pillars that today are represented by the new Gallus system, a press with 9 printing units - six offset, two flexo and one printing unit dedicated to foil embellishment, both hot and cold foil. An important investment, which allows to print at very high speeds with a very high quality result and a unique flexibility: for example, Gallus RCS 430 is able to print directly on the label glue or on the silicon without having to use an inversion cross, keeping the register stable at any production speed.
The reason for this investment was the growing demand for high quality labels. In order to meet this demand, it was necessary to expand the plant- consisting of seven semi-rotatative offset and flexo presses combined screen technology (Gallus TCS 250 and Gallus ECS 340). The capacity now is sufficient to meet the demand and to go for new important goals.
