Gallus Labelfire 340 - Brings Digital Fire Into The Company BIRKHAEUSER

blog image
The world's first series-produced press from Gallus has been located in Reinach, Switzerland since the beginning of September at the subsidiary of SCHELLING AG, BIRKHAEUSER AG. Gallus Labelfire 340 is the name of this jewel and was developed by Gallus together with Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG. It combines the latest digital printing technology with the benefits of conventional printing and further processing technology. This enables low-cost production of variable data, personalization and short runs. In addition, an inline camera control system was installed to the press for a 100% web inspection.

Digital Printing
The combination of digital white, CMYK, the colour space enlargement colours orange, violet and green, as well as 7-colour separation mean the Gallus Labelfire press system can cover a large portion of the Pantone colour space.
