Digital label printing
Gallus Smartfire – the fast introduction to digital label printing.
Gallus Labelfire – this press is newly equipped upstream with a fully integrated screen printing unit for high opacity white and downstream with a digital Embellishment Unit (DEU). This DEU can produce gloss and matt spot coatings and tactile relief effects in a single pass, all using atmospheric UV inkjet coatings.
Heidelberg Omnifire 250 – digital inkjet printing on 3-dimensional objects.
Conventional label printing
Gallus Labelmaster Advanced, with automatic transverse and longitudinal register control and fast process change
Gallus ECS 340 is featured with web shifting for the manufacture of multilayer labels.
Gallus RCS 430 is equipped with flying imprint and extremely fast UV ink drying thanks to a UV booster.
