Liquid Packaging

Gallus flexographic printing presses optimize machine adjustments for waste and changeover reduction. This is of particular importance when complex, costly substrates, as used in liquid packaging, are employed.


Excellent printing quality at highest press performance. A comprehensive list of references reinforces the productivity and reliability for our machine systems. Performance range from speeds of 350m/min. for gable-top-packaging (roll to cut blank) up to speeds of 500m/min. (optionally 600m/min.) for brick-style-packaging (roll to roll).
Gallus machine systems are tailor-made according to our customer needs and allow:
  • inline production with rotary die cutter (optional flat-bed die-cutter) or roll-to-roll
  • web width starting from 820 (720) mm up to 1650 mm
  • variable use of UV-, water-based and solvent-based inks
  • partial reverse side coating (silicon) upon request
  • innovative modular extensions, adjusted to future requirements
